Thank you very much for your interest in our house. In the file attached you will find further information on our house, the apartments and the surrounding countryside. The oil painting of our house on the right,was painted by the artist Nora Minorovics Schütz - after a two-week holiday here.

Important: If you decide to stay at our house, we would like you to agree to the standard lease of our local tourist office, which you will find  attached as Wordfile . Please print out this lease, fill it up ( your postal address, phone number, and the dates as well as the price of your stay) and send it back to us by normal mail. Immediately after receiving the lease with your signature, we will confirm your reservation. It will take effect by your ensuing advance payment.
