Apartment 3 is also located on the ground floor, on the right hand side of the house. It has its own separate entrance on the southern pediment of the house.

This apartment also has its own outdoor area with table, chairs and barbecue area in the shade of a one hundred year-old plane tree. The adjacent garden (with the biotope) is a lovely area to enjoy the sunshine in a deck-chair or to barbecue a leg of Sisteron lamb.
